VOSA targets Light Goods Vehicles

The Department for Transport has announced it is funding additional VOSA activity on light goods vehicles enforcement.  This could lead to an increase in prohibitions and prosecutions of light goods vehicles drivers and their employers.
VOSA states that MOT test results show that Class 7 vehicles are the worst, with approximately half of them failing each year.  Class 7 vehicles are those Goods Vehicles over 3000 kg and, up to and including, 3500 kg Design Gross Weight.
