This is to update you that our solicitors’ hourly rates will increase with effect from 1st May 2022. We have not increased
our rates for many years and even with these increases our rates remain very competitive.
The rates from 1st May 2022 are detailed in the below table, broken down by fee earner.

As we are based in Tattenhall, Chester, we fall within the National 2 Band, which is the lowest band in the guidelines. As you can see, even with our rates increase our rates remain competitive, especially when compared with other parts of the country.
