I am a barrister in practice at Outer Temple Chambers. The work I specialise in includes transport regulatory work. I think it is fair to say I am one of few barristers who specialise in this work, and I have knowledge and experience of most of the solicitors who practice in the field.
I have known John Dyne and the rest of the transport regulatory team at Dyne and Co for a number of years and have worked with them on several cases. The most notable of these in the last year or so is the leading case governing the scope of work that foreign road haulage companies can legitimately undertake in the UK under EU law, without having what is known as “a place of establishment” in the UK.
I rate the work of John Dyne and the rest of his team very highly. John Dyne himself has wide experience of all aspects of transport regulatory work, and is very knowledgeable. He also brings to all his cases and clients a high degree of commitment and determination. He has a sensitivity to the real commercial needs of a client, but is also very tenacious and in my experience leaves no stone unturned in fighting his client’s corner.
Amongst other members of the team I also have considerable experience of the work of Jared Dunbar. Again I rate his work very highly indeed.
I would commend the work of Dyne and Co to any transport business that I have who is need of the help of a specialist solicitor in this field.
