Role - Commercial Litigator

Andrew has an extensive background in litigation and dispute resolution. Andrew’s 30 plus year legal career started in the City of London and culminated in him overseeing the dispute resolution team and being appointed managing partner of a leading regional law firm.

Andrew’s practice covers a broad range of both civil and commercial matters. He is also a CMC qualified mediator. Some of his notable cases have included commercial property disputes, inheritance disputes (including validity and probate claims), professional negligence, construction, insolvency, building project works issues and landlord and tenant matters.

Andrew is regularly praised for being supportive, understanding, and empathetic. He combines his legal knowledge and expertise with a balanced and neutral professionalism for clients. Andrew’s focus is on helping you understand the issues and move forward in the most effective way.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys long distance running and cycling and he was proud to have completed a cycling challenge across Spain from the north of the region to the south coast in 2019; Andrew teaches meditation to aspiring practitioners and leads meditation groups; he also supports community organisations and non-profit organisations with their dispute resolution needs.
