Dyne Solicitors The Natural Choice For Worldwide Wind Farmers

Chester-based Dyne Solicitors Limited is working hard to fight climate change by helping a worldwide provider of alternative energy with the legal implications of their processes.

EnergieKontor has been established since 1990, with the initiation of their UK subsidiary taking place in 1999.  The firm plans, constructs and finances onshore wind farms, and have erected to date around 65 wind farms, with no plans to cease production.  The wind farms range in size from a single turbine to farms encompassing around 20 turbines.  EnergieKontor also deals with the aftercare, assuming responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the wind farms once they are up and running.

Dyne Solicitors assists in the negotiation of leases with landowners, a process that can take several years to complete.  They conduct searches into the history and ownership of the land, unearth title information and provide advice throughout the process, including any legal aspects that might have been raised by the landowner’s solicitor.  They also orchestrate the compilation of the purchase contracts and maintenance contracts.
