One of Michael Hayes’ companies  suffered a catastrophic fire destroying much of its  waste recycling centre. Michael was personally charged by the Environment Agency for a number of offences linked to the operation of the site. Dyne Solicitors was instructed and following a number of detailed submissions to the Environment Agency all 4 charges were dropped ahead of the trial, much to Michael’s relief.
