Energie Kontor has been established since 1990, with the initiation of their UK subsidiary taking place in 1999. Their head office is based in Germany, and they also have a subsidiary in Portugal.
The firm plans, constructs and finances onshore wind farms, and have erected to date around 65 wind farms, with no plans to cease production. The wind farms range in size from a single turbine to farms encompassing around 20 turbines. Energie Kontor also deals with the aftercare, assuming responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the wind farms once they are up and running.
Dyne Solicitors assists in the negotiation of leases with landowners, a process that can take several years to complete. They conduct searches into the history and ownership of the land, they unearth title information and they provide advice throughout the process, including any legal aspects that might have been raised by the landowner’s solicitor. They also orchestrate the compilation of the purchase contracts and maintenance contracts.
