When Bicester Sweepers Limited applied to change the Operating Centre on their HGV Operator's Licence, there were a couple of objections from their neighbours. A Public Inquiry was called in front of the Traffic Commissioner in Oxfordshire to assess the application. Bicester Sweepers instructed Jared Dunbar, a solicitor at Dyne Solicitors, to assist them in preparing for the hearing and to represent them at the Public Inquiry.
